I learnt the violin from the age of three with my father and later with Dr Robert Jacoby. I have a degree and a masters from Nottingham and Sussex . I have been performing and teaching the violin for over ten years, privately, in schools and coaching string groups and youth orchestras.

As well as individual lessons at my home, I take group violin lessons using the Colourstrings method, which is based on Kodaly’s principles. We use songs, games and movement; learning this way is great fun!

These classes are held at The Fordington Methodist Hall on Saturday mornings and parents are encouraged to attend if possible.
